Now I’am writing a summary of my work for the last three weeks.
Let the Journey begin
It’s hard to accept that I need to go another place just the next day after I joined the company. But I have to say, there, is where my journey began.
I still can not forget how nervous I was when the first day I entered the work park and the first time I shook hands. The man who shook my hand is PM (Product Manager) of the project I joined.
It’s seem that everyone in the team is gregarious except me. I don’t knew how to talk to them even today. Almost everything they talk will puzzle me, cause I never heard about that and I don’t know if they will see me as a idiot if I speak out. No, they don’t only talk about technique. Not like me, they have lots of experiences and stories to share.
Whatever, these people have been with me for a long time, they saw me as a friend and taught me many things, even I don’t make much help. I’m very appreciate them.
Roast
Like every company, it’s OK to come to the workplace at 9:30 am. But in order not to be late for work, I have to weak up at 6:30 in the morning, cause the way to work is so crowded and so long. it’s just a nightmare for the new guys.
The other thing that makes me feel unhappy is lunch. As the place located in the prosperous area, things are very expensive. I need to spend at least 30¥ for my lunch and a quiet bad service, and the money is enough for me live a pretty luxury day in school.
Except these two points, everything is fine. There are free water，drinks and fruits. And the decoration is in very good taste. Workers here are very enthusiastic.
About the project
You know a company project is too valuable to let a intern join the core module. The module I worked on called performance-test, as you see, it’s a work of QA (Quality Assurance). I’m not saying QA’s work is easy, I mean I would never touch the core code.
As I said, it’s not a easy job, I took 2 weeks long to finish the module, and it was done with help of Ming, the awesome Dev (Developer) in the team.
Anyway, I can learn many things here. Technique, experience and even social skills I can get.
Summary
It’s never be easy to live, and it’s not alternative. Everyone wants to live, and everyone wants to be unique on the planet. But maybe one day, you would suddenly find that you are totally the same with others like a sardine, a sardine seeking survival.
